Seems to me like they run adwords on a single machine, it's takes forever to login or display ads, maybe we should sponsor them a second machine?

Adsense seems slow as well, maybe today is the day we can expect to see that "change".

Yes something is messed up. Last 2 days it's taken a really long time to login. The statistics seems wrong today...says I've had no clicks although I've had sales. Something is definitely screwy.

Stats were in fact delayed this morning for at least some accounts, but should be caught up and current shortly (if they're not already).

Thanks. Of course when I called my account manager she denied anything was different today. Account managers NEED to be better informed at Google.

It's been very slow the last few days. Someone at the Googleplex needs to push the Turbo button on their server machine :)

:)

Don't bother calling them about it...They all say 'have you deleted you cache?'.

I tell them I've been programming since for 20 years...I think
I know what to try before calling. Account managers and Google and Yahoo need to take computer literacy exams. My guess is 80% or more don't know anything about computers and how servers work. I once asked an account manager if he knew how many servers they had and they said 4. I said 'put your supervisor on the line please'. 4 servers for all of Google :)

The statistics seem to have been stuck for the last 3-4 hours. AWA, what's up?

Hey Fred!

After you get done doing the backups press that blue button on the server that looks like a little space shuttle.

Noticed the same thing with my account. Heck, you'd think with the massive amounts of computing power at their disposal, stats would be nearly real-time.

What on earth are they spending all that money on?

I'm traveling between other tasks right now, but wanted to jump in with a quick update on this. Yep, stats are 'stuck' for some - and should be back to normal soon - probably within the next hour or so.

My apology for any inconvenience.

Adwords is a MESS these days. Longer than usual to login, then making and changes or just clicking into campaigns taking a while. The fact that data isn't getting updated is frustrating too.

I liked Adwords MUCH better 2 months ago...who else did?

We're trying from all offices today and having trouble logging in and staying logged in. We noticed this start at around the time others did, however it is now 3am PST and it would appear the system is now completely down. Trying multiple geo locations. Simply serving "system errors".

"We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it."

So much of this today. The engineers must be going crazy with all the error reports if anybody else account is acting at all like mine.

lots of "403 forbidden" errors and such (not to mention HUGE lag times when clicking just about anything).

Wonder what the problem is?

It has been like this for the last few days and it is not getting any better. I think they are ramping up for the min CPC change. Let's hope they did some QC this time otherwise the next few weeks will be like this.

It is a lot faster in the last hour. Haven't seen any errors as well. Maybe AWA has cracked the whip at the plex :)

Over the last few days it has been slow.

Could this be because they are gearing up for the new changes coming soon? ;o)

1. It is really slllloooowwwww today

2. They said, that they will send another e-mail just before the change.

I have received no e-mail, so my conclusion is that NOT YET.

Terrible today!

I'll just spend my $$$$ elsewhere (i.e. Yahoo).

Hey Google,

Can you pause scanning books for a few minutes and focus in on your paying customers by fixing these performance issues.

Thanks,
