List of countries in site targeted ads.

What is this division?

I'm about to create a site targeted campaing and I've just see that it show me a list of countries first, which includes US, UK and other european and latinamerican countries. Then it is a line and a full country list is shown.
What is this division? What's the difference in these two lists of countries?

Hi,

I don't know, but I assume that it is one or more of:

* Largest/richest audiences.
* Most click-happy audiences.
* Location where most AW spenders seem to be spending.
* Best available (more accurate) IP-to-location mappings.
