I have CPCs set at the keyword level for 100k+ keywords in 50+ ad groups. I'd like for them to utilize each default ad group's CPC.

Can this be accomplished via a bulk sheet change?

Yes, you can select all the keywords, then edit cpc/url's (button) then click on the link ("If you wish to paste in an entire list of keywords, URLs, and CPCs at once, use the Edit Keywords and CPC page.") that allows you to see them all in a text box, then copy them all into notepad... if you have specific dest URLs and want to keep them, you'll have to import this into excel- save the txt file, then use excel to import data- delimit with the asterisk- then delete all the numbers- I've never done this, but try leaving the double asterisks in and taking out the numbers for cpc- repaste into adwords text box, save- if you don't need to save specific URLs, it's easier- just deleted everything but the keywords and repaste them into the text box.

Poster_boy, you are in luck. There is a very easy solution to this. Click on the "Find and Edit Max CPCs" link under Tools. One of the options for under that is "Remove keyword-level max CPCs and default to Ad Group max CPCs". Click that and you should be all set. But do remember that if you have 100K words, it might take a long time to process.
