CPCs changing on their own to $0.05?

Last week, in one account - I found that all keywords using the ad group's default CPC (quantity: 50,000+) had been changed to a hard-coded $0.05 per. (Keywords that previously had a hard-coded CPC were not affected.) I thought this must've somehow been my error when submitting, so I manually removed the $0.05 bids.

This weekend, they reappeared en masse.

Furthermore, in a 2nd account, one particular high-volume keyword has been hard-coded at a fairly healthy CPC for some time but is, too, reverting to $0.05 mysteriously...

Anyone seeing a similar situation?

poster_boy, I'm guessing that you will have already contacted support from within this account, with the appropriate details called out. If not, however, I think it would be an excellent idea.

Thanks. ;)
