Per the 'Ad Content' section of our Editorial Guidelines, your ad text cannot contain universal call-to-action phrases such as 'click here,' 'link here,' 'visit this link,' or other similar phrases that could apply to any ad, regardless of content.
Is there a way I can convey that thought and still get under the radar screen?

topper99, them main problem with this kind of ad copy is that anyone who is looking at your ad already knows that you are selling something. And they also know that if they want to buy, they just need to click on your ad, and they'll be taken to your site where they can do that.
So using so much of your limited ad-text to tell your customer something that they already know, is probably not the best use of that valuable real estate.
Instead, it's best to use the space to tell them something they don't already know, that will convince them that your site is the one they want to visit - out of all the other ads they are seeing.
If what you are actually trying to convey is don’t visit unless you are ready to buy - then you might want to experiment with putting your prices in the ad, or being specific about model numbers that you carry, and so forth. In other words, cues that might make window shoppers not click.
