Google have accepted that our complaint is valid, and they say they 'intend to address it'.
But I can't get them to actually go through with deleting the ads, or to give me any kind of timescale as to when they'll get round to it.
Whenever I ask, I just get a standard fobbing-off email.
To me, coming up to a month's wait isn't a reasonable timescale for this.

Andye, the world of trademark issues can be especially complex, and queries to do with such issues are handled on a case by case basis.
My best advice is to continue to follow up via email. Be aware that if you reply directly to an email we've sent you, it will go to the person who wrote it. On the other hand, if you write a new email it will almost certainly go to someone new.
With this in mind, it'd be best to reply to the person who originally said that they 'intend to address it'.

The problem was that when I replied to the same person (Carola), she sent me back exactly the same pro forma email she'd previously sent me ('We receive a high volume of trademark requests... At this time we cannot give you a definite timeline for when your trademark complaint will be processed...').
I've talked to Ciaran in the London office on the phone, he's gone some way towards sorting things out, and the infringing ads have stopped running, so I'm a reasonably happy bunny now, although this hasn't been well dealt with by the big G.
