Using Adwords to make money from Overture

I am not sure if this is against Adword rules (probably not if Google allows it). Go to www.google.co.uk and enter "[example keywords]". See the ad by www.example.co.uk

If you click it, you'll see that it's a page full of overture ads.

My guess is that these guys use overture bid tool to estimate how much they will make from a click. They then advertise for much less on Google and pocket the difference. I bet you it's not going to last for long, but this is kind of funny.

it is the nature of business, it will always be like this (perhaps not exactly as you describe, but there is always an angle: buy in china sell in NY same difference)
