A great deal of my volume comes from the content network and I'd like to see what keywords are getting impressions and clicks, and where, if possible. Is there any source for this, or does this go on the wish list?

I believe in the reports section you can pick an option that lets you run a report on only the content network or only the search network or both. Go into the "custom report" and under "detail level" there is a link that says "show options." Towards the bottom there is a checkbox that says "AdWords type." Click content only. Hopefully this works for you.
