using all countries

When I use "all countries" I reach my budget early in the morning and my CPC is .21 with lots of clicks and good pos. If I specify US, GB, Canada only the CPC goes up over .60 and I do not reach my daily budget and few clicks/worse pos. There should be plenty of Impr and clicks with just the 3 countries. I don't think the international clicks are prime hits for me.

could you please ellaborate more? what you said until now seems normal.
remember, for 'all countries' you will get clicks and impressions for USA, but for nigeria, too.
And it's normal that competition on that KW is stronger in USA, so if you are not on the 1st page (pos 1-8 or 1-10), your KW will have less impressions.
