It seems a few minor changes were made to the MCC & accounts in the past few days.

1. Change History
This is very interesting. It's located under tools and allows one to see changes by date, change type, and which account initiated the change, etc. Can be very useful for determining why something happened in the past.

2. Daily budgets listed on MCC page.

3. Additional date settings (not completely open ended yet), added to the MCC page.

4. More contact/display options in the 'User Preferences' page.

eWhisper,

I noticed a few of the changes but were not able to find the "Change History" feature and The new option in the user preferences. Where is the change history exactely located, under the tools menu of every individual account?

I didnt' realize how selective the change history is displayed.

In my MCC (that has my professional status associated with it), when I go into any account, then look at tools, it's the last option under "analyze your ad preformance" (below conversion tracking).

If I log directly into the same account, or any of my MCCs that are't associated with a professional status, the tool isn't displayed.

I do not see the change history in any account (coming to it via MCC) ... :-(

I can only go to conspiracy theories (which I'm not a fan of), and think that Google enabled this feature in this account (or was just playing with it) as they can't get the credit system working in it yet for some unknown reason.

Nope, not there in any of my accounts from the MCC (with pro status). It looks like it has been implemented very selectively (or just in the US and not in Europe yet).

Are you getting a special treatment eWhisper? :)

Are you getting a special treatment eWhisper?

What would you rather have:
1. Actual $$ from credits to use.
2. Some tool..
hmm..
ok - in old accounts, "some tool" is much more useful.

Anyway, guess I'll go ahead and describe the feature which will show up some day:

Ability to see past 3 months of changes. Selectable by date range as well.

Options:
1. All changes, change made by MCC, change made by account.
2. All campaigns, limit to specific campaign.
3. All changes, filter by: budget, CPC, keyword, status (paused, active, deleted), syndication, targeting.

Thanx eWhisper,

We have neither here :(

A change history can be very useful. We keep manual logs of changes now so I'm curious as to how good the change history is.

I don't see the change history or the multiple contact info. You're probably guinea pig eWhisper.

I'm pleased with the date options but a bit disappointed with the implementation of the extra info at MCC level. Lots of budget start date: daily N/A N/A isn't helpful.

CTR at MCC-level seems to be broken: it reports all time CTR regardless of the time interval you choose.

I can only go to conspiracy theories...

Uh oh. ;)

Sorry for the confusion on this one, folks.

It sounds as if you've been made a part of a limited test, eWhisper - and an example of the occasional new product feature that needs to be tested in the 'real' environment before being made widely available.

I'm not sure if and when this'll be ready for prime time, but I can reliably predict that you'll hear about it on this Forum, when the time comes.

Seems there was some communication issues between Google and myself. It's in beta test (so you'll know Google will hear all about it in my verbose ways :) ).

No time frame on official release.

However, the other features are in full nonbeta release.
