Google stops just before going to my site

Google stops after clicking on my adword

Has anyone had this strange problem which I've discovered on several different Adwords campaigns for various different sites...

When you click on the Adword ad, the URL changes to the googleadservices URL with your site name embedded therein, but then it just sits there on a blank screen!

I've spoken to Google, but they seem to be at a loss so far.

Also, I'm not sure if I'm being charged for these clicks.

So when I click on the ad, the URL changes to:-

and the blank page just sits there.

More info again:

i've found this happens if i'm connected via BTInternet (ADSL). if i connect via other ISP's, it works fine.

anyone else had this problem with BT internet, where you can go direct to a URL fine, but if you go to the URl via clicking an Adword, it stops.
