European Google sites

ads not displaying on sites other that ".com"

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me to fix my campaign. I have an english campaign set up in adwords that I want to run globally. I've noticed that when I go to google.de or google.fr (for instance) and search on keywords that i always come up for at google.com my ad doesn't show up. Could someone please explain to me why that is? I thought that when you selected the "all countries" that meant that your ad would run on those sites.

Yes, they run for all those sites, but only if the user has set English for his interface, that is not very likely for .de, .fr, etc.

So just go to google .fr and change from French to English and you will see your ads.
