Although several e-mails were sent no solution has been found and I did not get the logo's!
My customer ID with Prometric.com matches the ID of my mcc account but it seems that Google and Prometric cannot link the two!
Any suggestions, AWA or someone else?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, Dave28!
I'm curious as to what email address you've been using? And are you saying that your emails were answered, but no solution was found? Or were they not answered at all?
If they were answered, I think I'd advise replying to the most recent email and asking for your case to be escalated.
If they were not answered, it's possible that we did in fact reply, but that the reply was filtered by your spam protection. So be sure to check whatever folder to which email filtered as spam are sent.
BTW, the best email address to use for Google Advertising Professional related questions is probably the one found at the bottom of this page:
[adwords.google.com...]
Hope you get this squared away, and that you get your logo soon! Sorry for the delay.
AWA
Google AP says that they cannot find (e-mail) evidence of my subsciption to the AP program. I did not receive an e-mail confirmation of the set-up either.
I have got a subscription though, because when I try to subscribe again, I see the message "You allready are a professional advertizer". Today I have sent a screen-dump to the AP helpdesk containing this message. The lady said she had to contact the US AGAIN to see what if there is anything in your databases. Last time she did not get a response.
Many e-mails and phonecalls to the AP helpdesk did not get me a solution.
The examresults in the pro-center tab says: Passed on Mar 3, 2005 (in the English version). However in the dutch version it says something like "forwarded on Mar 3, 2005"? I have seen someone else on this board have the same problem.

[edit reason] please don't post personal specifics. [/edit]
Dave28, let's try this:
Would you please write an email using the 'Contact Us' link, from within the account to which the GAP logo would belong. In that email, please include a brief but complete summary of what has occurred, who you worked with, and so forth. In other words, enough for me to create a trail of who did what, and when they did it.
For example, you mentioned that the MCC account was set up by Google - so please provide details the name of the person that you corresponded with to make it happen, assuming you still have those emails.
In the subject line of this email, in upper case, please put ATTN: ADWORDSADVISOR - BY REQUEST. This will help me to pull your email from the very large number that come in. (And please do say AdWordsAdvisor, rather than AWA, as very few people here know me by the initials - that's a WebmasterWorld thing!)
Anyway, once I have your email in my hands, I'll do my best to find and resolve the issue. Then I'll have someone from the team reply to your email and update you. This may take a couple of days. ;)

Sidenote: "forwarded on" yes that's a translation error. Someone at the Dutch helpdesk had it corrected on my request, but as soon as the page was changed the old error returned. I reported it but nothing happened and I didn't bother anymore.
So we are "forwarded", not "passed".
I don't know if this is a coincidence but I received an e-mail today from AP support that the GAP application e-mail finally has been found. Its date was 3 march 2005 i.s.o. 31 december 2004 (when the mcc account started).
I was told that the 90 day waiting period will start at 3 march so I would expect the logo's around 3 june. If I have not received them by then I will follow AWA's advice.

Not a coincidence Dave28. When I saw that you'd included your Account ID in your post, I first pinged the folks at WebmasterWorld and asked if it could be removed ASAP - for your protection.
Then, I alerted the phone team to be especially vigilant for people that might call-in, trying to get into your account, but who had 'lost their password'. ;) Just as a precaution.
Then, I sent your account ID on to the right folks, here in the US, and in the UK, and they started working on it. Thus the email that you received.
Sounds as if this has been straightened out, which is good news! And my apology for any delay in getting to the bottom of things.

Hey AWA, don't forget the translation-thing!
Heheh. I won't forget, Sujan!
BTW, I offer my apology - and I certainly hope that this sort of lapse doesn't offend! The reality is that most everything AdWords is translated into something like 41 languages (!), and that is a lot of words in a lot of languages.
Heck, I can hardly write a single post without at least one typo, and that's in my native language! And spell check doesn't catch them all, that's for sure...
Anyway, thanks to you and HitProf for pointing out the errors. ;)
