However, Content Match stats and costs are not showing up in the Reports I run thus what I'm charging my clients and what my reports say differ.

When do they catch up?
The stats in one's account run roghtly three hours behind real-time, good2go, but should be caught up the end of the day. So, checking tomorrow for today's stats should give you up to date info.
I'm not sure what reports you're running, but you might want to field this question to the AdWords support team who can take a look at the account and give you an informed answer.
