How To Make A Feature Suggestion To Adwords?

Was wondering if anybody suggested time based ads in the past

The reason I'm asking this is base on my conversion logs I realized that majority of my conversion occur within a certain time frame, about 3 to 4 timeframes within a day and the rest of the day are just mostly junk clicks. A lot of junk clicks...

So I would like to suggest a feature where we can define several time frames within a day to show our ads...

Tsinoy, there is almost always an active 'Feature Suggestions' thread in this Forum, from which I gather feedback weekly and send it to a really large number of folks over here at AdWords.
