Welcome to WebmasterWorld, samcrw!

I'm not hearing of this being a problem for other advertisers, as I've scanned recent incoming emails, nor when I checked with the tech team - which suggests that this is something to do with the interaction of the AdWords UI and your particular machine and/or browser.

Perhaps it might simply be a matter of updating your browser to a more current version, if it's on the old side?

I'd also suggest contacting AdWords support using the 'Contact Us' link from within the account, and providing the following info, and seeing what suggestions they can make:

1) What operating system are you using?

2) What browser version are you using? Please specify the exact version. (In Internet Explorer, use 'About Internet Explorer' in the Help menu; in Netscape, use 'About Communicator,' also in the Help menu.)

3) When are you encountering difficulties? Are you receiving any specific error messages?

4) What are you trying to do within your account, and what happens when you try?

5) How often does this occur? Is this your first time encountering this problem or has it been a consistent issue?

Hope this'll help.
