just wanted to kinda give some advice out for the newbies, i just wanted to say that probably the most difficult and also most important things to master is negative keywords. they are the difference between getting a keyword to work constantly or have on disable for lack of clicks. learn this and you will be on your way to paying less and getting more qualified traffic.

What's a negative keyword?

For example, if you use the keyword "widgets" you will get matches for:

blue widgets
red widgets
naked widgets
nude widgets
widgets porn
free widgets

Add these negative keywords to your list:

-naked
-nude
-porn
-free

and you won't get those erroneous matches (unless of course your are marketing free widgets and widget porn).
