combining multiple adwords campaigns - how?

Invariably, as you add more products to sell, and you conduct more campaigns, you will reach a limit, and you will get this message:

"You have reached the limit of 25 campaigns for your account. Please try deleting unused or inactive campaigns, or combine multiple campaigns into one"

Since one of the suggestions is to "combine multiple campaigns into one" I was wondering ....

How do you do that? I don't see any tools that will let you convert or move some or all of your ad groups from one campaign into another?

Are you forced to actually copy and paste your ad groups one-at-a-time from one campaign to the other, and then delete your old campaign?

What specific techniques should one use to combine multiple campaigns? Are there a range of strategies or techniques, and if so, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each?

I'm hoping to hear back from some of you real pros who have "been there, done that, bought the google t-shirt" :)

If you copy and paste, leave the older campaign running until your ads are approved and your CTR is where you want it to be. Otherwise your campaign will slow.

Is copy and paste the only way to do it?

You can ask your rep to turn on the bulk outpost feature.

Once this is done, you can download your account, change the campaign name, and then send your rep the information you want added and/or overwritten in your present account.

Does any Google account have a Google Rep? If yes, is that Rep listed somewhere with his/her contact info?

Or your account should first meet some criteria (spending, KWs, etc)?

Not every account has a rep. However, there are accounts that are assigned to a rep, but Google reps don't always proactively let a client know they have a rep.

Getting a rep is mostly based on spend, however, I've seen some companies receie a rep for various reasons.

Your best bet is to email Google and let them know what you wish todo. In the email, also ask them if you have a rep who you should be sending this information to.
