Hi everyone! First post here but have been using adwords for over one year.

I have been going crazy over one of my campaigns. The ads for it have been getting disabled every day, for the same stupid reason that i simply DO NOT understand. I asked for help from the google staff but that got me even more confused.

Here's the situation..

Display & landing url! (example - not real url)

My display url is www.Example.net and the landing url is www.example.net/secrets.htm

The landing URL redirects the visitor to another page after 4 seconds.

Now, the actual reason the ads keep getting disabled is "inacurate display URL". How is this so?

The first time i contacted google about this, they emailed me back apologizing that it was a mistake from their part. Today, i got another email telling me that i should change my display URL to something completely different that the landing URL ie www.example.com (not even .net).

Shed some light into this please folks. I appreciate your help!

Welcome to Webmaster World, Gustav!

Couple questions: 1. Is the page the user is redirected to (after 4 seconds of hitting www.example.net/secrets.htm) on the same domain as the display domain (i.e., example.net)? 2. From the true landing page, can the user hit the back arrow once and get back to Google?

You can not refresh a landing page. That is your problem. The visitor must click on a link without you doing it for them.
