Let me know if any of you do this or think this possible have your own ideas:

Many times a conversion for me, besides selling a product, is my users clicking an AdSense ad or affiliate link. Is it possible to have some sort of javascript that uses the well known google tracking script that calls an external .php script on my server which in turn somehow generates the image call for conversion tracking? I know that may be hard to understand, here is sort of a schematic:

1) User Arrives at My Site via AdWords Click
2) User Clicks AdSense or Affiliate Ad
3) Javascript Recognizes Click and Simultaneously Calls a PHP Script Which Triggers the AdWords Conversion Tracking Image
4) User Leaves Site to Destination and Successful Conversion Recorded

What do you guys think?

I am sure this can be done, but I could not write the script for you. Dhtml. Have the image dynamically "added" to the page on the click.

I am sure you can find someone to do this for you.

Wait, though. I am assuming you have control of the links involved, because that is where the JS will have to be added.
