Ads no-show on search result

After viewing that we spend a lot on advertisement, we decided to decrease bids for last 2 weeks. What makes us happy is we save big money while our ads on each campaign gives us not so different income as before. Gotta say that we lost clicks and enquiries but that doesn't matter if we still keep the same revenues.

Yesterday we just found out that after bids decreasing, our ads are not shown, we checked them few hours later and again for 7 hours later, and figure that we have to refresh twice or three times till our ads are shown. This is strange.

So we think that it maybe because of we make bids too low. We increase them again this morning, and find that our competitors'ads are not shown too. I don't know why it appears this way, can anybody explain?

Did you Adjust your Daily budget or just your Max Bid?

If your Daily Budget was lowered then Google will automatically slow your ADs down if they are in line to Over Deliver.

We found that must be a reason, so we increase bids again, as well as daily budget.

This really pissed us off, our ads are still no show.
