Google payment now 30 days later?

I didn't get my last payment, the date is 22th Feb but I saw a text in adwords site:

Saying payment will be sent in next month when your payment is at least U$100

Is that a recent policy change? I remember to receive the cheques some few weeks after payment calculation (over U$100)...
