Are there any opinions which is better? If you us dynamic titles do you think your ad may show more often since your keyword will be in the title? Opinions?

In my experience dynamic titles generate great CTR and conversions when the search terms are fairly specific or in a niche market. The opposite is true where the terms are more general and many competitors are also using dynamic titles; There, a unique title stands out & tends to perform better. Search for your key words and see what shows up. If the ad titles are all "Big Blue Widgets" craft your own. Before everyone started using them dynamic titles were effective across the board.

Zeus661, I think I'll leave the question of which is better to others to answer - or to your own tests.

I will say, though, that used inappropriately, Dynamic Titles can produce some really poor quality ads. So, I'd certainly suggest being aware of what your ad would actually say, for each your keywords.

I did want to speak to your second question, and say that using Dynamic Titles will not inherently cause your ad to show more, since that is more a function of your keyword choices, your Max CPC and your daily budget.

(Still, I suppose that Dynamic Titles could indirectly lead to your ad showing more, in the sense that if you got a better CTR, it might lower your CPC, which would allow the ad to show more for the same daily budget.)

I think some people belive this quote:

The short story is that, yes, the ads positioning algo has in fact shifted from considering only keyword CTR, and now folds-in information about the relevance of the ad itself, including the Display URL.

means that the ad copy matters in ad placement, so in essence, dynamic insertion would mean the actual words are used in the ad copy, thus the ad has more 'weight' in the forumla.
