Content Ads Getting Clicks When Option is Off

I am currently getting impressions and clicks for ads on the content network for two accounts. I NEVER run content ads.

Please log in and check your accounts. I have been on the phone to support and am waiting to hear back.

It is clearly a bug.
Maybe the two threads should be united.

Let's see the good thing : It's only impressions, not clicks!
