Using terms like Lowest or cheapest

I thought this wasn't allowed

I run an adwords campaign and have done so for some time, I noticed today my largest competitor is now using the term "lowest" in his title. He is now the lowest in fact he doesn't even come close to my prices - some are over by several thousand dollars

To top it off they are also using a pop up - wich is against the adwords TOS. I have complained about the pop up before and a rep told me they are "working on it".

Do I have any defence against a competitor that is obviouly getting special treatment. This kind of stuff really bothers me!

The only thing I can say is this: Keep complaining. Don`t give up!

They are not allowed to use the terms that you are reffering to at all according to Google.

I doubt ANYONE gets special treatment by Adwords editors in terms of Creatives. no matter how much you spend.

We recently did some Adwords spending and were getting creatives declined all over the place for using terms which in the past were encouraged on Premium Listings.

keep complaining and it should get sorted.

Can you use terms like "best value" and "best prices in the US"?
