OK, so i go to my campaign and it says 50 clicks is adwords showing it in real time or does it take a while for it to show up?

At the bottom of the main stats page it says that reporting is NOT real time and stats my be delayed up to three hours.

Yes, Sad but true the spending is delayed quite a bit. You can usually estimate your spending every few hours, but mostly by the day. If you are concerned, it is best to get a 3rd party tracker of your own. That will be tracking in real time.

The third party tracker won't have your EPC though, there's basically not much point in looking at your stats until midnight Google time.
