To start, can you tell exactly what keyword they are entering with? Usually with Webalyzer this info is not available. You should use some type of tracking that will allow you to see the exact term.
The reason is because depending what keywords you are targetting, you may be targetting to broad. The real reason is because then you can also see exactly what term was used to find that page. So that can also show if you have your adwords set up wrong and you are displaying for untargetted terms.
Do you use negatives and stuff?
Also, from your raw logs you can see the ip addresses and referrers which may give you some more insight.
Overall, click fraud can also result in empty visits. So without the necessary tracking, it isn't easy to pin point this down.

I don't think I was clear enough. The list of keywords used to find my site looks something like this:
widgets
blue widgets
green widgets
[example.com...]
red widgets
crazy widgets
all kinds of widgets
That sounds like someone was sent to my landing page, my site didn't respond, the url was then used as a keyword in the user's default search engine, the same page came up as the search results, they clicked on the page in the search results, and my site responded by taking them to that page with the page logged as the keyword used to find my site.
Does that make sense?

[edit reason] Please use example.com for sample URLs [/edit]
I have seen this in some instances. This has actually occured from directories and their process of redirecting the url from their site. So I would say you need to try to hammer it down a bit more and see where they are coming from.
I would start by suggesting statcounter. a free counter that implements easily. Tells a ton of details too.
Give that a shot and it will clear a lot up.
