I know if you got ZERO CPM, the keyword will be disabled regardless of positions.

I used some 5c and got listed #1. Got 2-5 clicks for 1000 impressions, and got disabled. So, 0.15 CPM for #1 is not accetable by google.

What is the cutoff then?
$1 for top 5 $.50 for top6-10?

I find that is all differs based on the traffic/popularity of the keyword. For some markets and keywords it is extremely difficult to figure out exactly what google wants.
I seem to find that when google begins favoring one specific ad, stick with it and don't fluctuate your pricing until you see how it reacts.
There are times when the top positions can be paying a lot less IF their ads are being clicked lots. So keep in mind that it isn't always your dollar bid with google. It is how well you perform

That is exactly what I am talking about. Adwords look at CPM, not CTR. They used clicks x payperclick / total impressions. There must be a cutoff on CPM for Position1 and Position2-4 etc. This cutoff is subject independent.
