How many Ads?

Hi Adwords creators and maintainers!
I have some Adwords accounts and I was wondering which would be the best way to improve the CTR of every account.
Would it be productive to have all keywords listed in the same Ad?
Would it be better to have different Ads for each "class of keywords"? But how can you manage so many keywords?
Let's suppose to have 100 KWs for each language and to divide each language in 10 or more Ads it would be really difficult to manage all of them don't you think?

What is your way of thinking about it?

thanks for sharing your experiences

If you sell something like theatrical contact lenses and someone types in the phrase, "Wild Lenses", if you have "Wild Lenses" in your ad, the likelihood of someone clicking on your ad would be much greater than a competitor's ad with a more generic term. Unless you only have a few key phrases, I would recommend multiple ads.

But how can you manage so many keywords?

It's a full-time job.

<It's a full-time job.>

So I need some people to work on my Overture, Sprinks and Adwords accounts!

ok but my question was : do you have multiple Ads, for each keyword a different one?

Do you mean several accounts or several campaigns?

If you mean campaigns its even worse:

Theoretically several ads per one keyword ;)

1. Ideally you want the keyword to be highlighted when the ad turns up.
So you cannot stuff the ad with keywords not in the ad text.

2. You might want to differentiate between countries and languages and what ad you present.

Maybe you should go toast..

But unless its very competitive keywords, is there really so much to manage once its set up?

Thanks for answering Vitaplease,
I mean several Ads inside the same campaign, of course different for each country/language you want to advertise and as I wrote in my first message may be different for "class of keywords" where for class of keywords I intend for example cities, products ecc..
May be is not so difficult to manage when it's set up but to control every one, how much it costs, reports etc.. I think it's going to become a hard work even because I'd prefer not to use those programs that monitors your advertisements.

If you have the time and inclination to do it right, you'll have multiple ads for each keyword and multiple keywords.

Then you can really start to dig in and test and see what works and what doesn't, to maximize your CTR and conversion.
