Their reviewers are, I would imagine, working very quickly and will have no idea that your brand name is "supposed" to be written in CAPS, so i'd at least get it in writing from them that they will not accept your brand name as you wish it to appear.
They do allow common all-CAPS words in, SARS for example now seems to have an exclusion on their caps filter, which took a while.
Perhaps the most common acceptable case is an industry standard acronym such as 'SARS' or 'IDSA' (Industrial Designers Society of America). Because our reviewers will not be familiar with every acronym in every industry, an ad may occasionally be disapproved in error. When this happens, simply respond to the disapproval email, and let us know the details. Ask us to add a note to the account specifying what the acronym is, and that it is approvable in the future.
Now, as to your specific question FrenchGuy: a brand name may be used in all caps if it is clear that the brand name is actually trademarked as a word appearing in all caps. The key here is consistency on your site. If the brand name appears sometimes in all caps and sometimes in upper and lower case, your ad will likely not be approved. However if it appears every single time in all caps, you are probably ok.
Bottom line, the 'all caps' question is handled on a case-by-case basis. We'll work with you to do the right thing, within the framework of our guidelines.
