Ad Campaign during working hours.

Is it possible to set it for a time period?

We have an add placed in Google AdWords, but we are only interested in the ad appearing during 9-5 UTC times.

Can this be done?

I believe you have to manually start and stop the ad at those times. I have a similar problem trying to have the ad start on certain days, and the only solution I have found is that I have to manually start the ad when I want it to appear.

Good call QuAcKeR

Probably the simplest way to 'start' and 'stop' is to 'Pause' and 'Resume'. You can Pause and Resume entire campaigns, or individual Ad Groups - whichever best suits you.

One note about pausing: because statistics can be delivered to your account up to three hours after they occur, you will see clicks and impressions continue to accrue after you have paused. Never fear, these are click and impressions that occurred before you paused. However, they appear afterwards because of the server delays.

AWA,

Can we expect this to change in the future? Also, I would like to raise the bids on certains days only. Perhaps you can make a note about it.
Just for future developments.......

Thx QuAcKeR,

A manual pause looks in order.

Wired Suzanne, I am not aware of any plans to include a 'scheduling' feature in the immediate future. However, I will happily forward the suggestion. Consider it done!

Please know that advertiser feedback is taken very seriously at AdWords, and you can always make suggestion by writing to adwords-feedback@google.com.

I have also gotten in the habit of forwarding suggestions posted at the WebmasterWorld thread (hint, hint) below:

Thanks!
