I cannot download the Google Toolbar... a few blogs have already noted this as well.. I know it's just not me...

Well, [toolbar.google.com...] is down, but that's all. If you search for "toolbar" [google.com] you are still getting Google's ad for the new version 3.0. I suspect it's linked to the fact that PageRank is not showing [webmasterworld.com] and that the Google cache was missing [webmasterworld.com] - either a large-scale system upgrade or a widespread system failure.

It's up now for me.. it was down for at least 2 hours... intresting...
It wasn't my ISP or me.. it was Google. I know this because I just got done reading a few blogs about the same problem.
