Google API - geting num pages indexed

Geting number of indexed pages without subdomains

Hi,

Is it possible to get number of pages indexed by Google without sundoamins?

I have a domain domain.ext and sub.domain.ext. Google indexed my domain.ext without the www. prefix. When i search for site:domain.ext i get results including my subdomains.

How can i get results for domain.ext only?

Please help, this is verry important for me. Thank You.
