I've got two network drive letters, and I would love to get it to work...
Google Desktop Search cannot currently be installed over a network. Each installation of Desktop Search is located on just one computer, so a search from one computer won't find files which are located on another computer on the same network.That said, even though Desktop Search doesn't search all your network drives, it does search files you've already seen. If you view a file located on a network drive, that file will be indexed by Desktop Search and may appear in your results.

So I guess the short answer is "not unless you open it"
