If the PR is the little bar inside the googlebar, then how do I read it? ie on my website, it's empty (totally empty). does that mean my PR = 0? and if the little bar was half? What would be the PR for it? 1? 2?

if you hover your mouse over the little bar it will tell you the approximate PR out of 10
