A PR on ons of my webiste's is shifting from 4 to 5 and from 5 to 4 for about a week or two or zo now. I know that the PR can shift between a Google dance but, is Google dancing for 2 weeks now strait?

It's happening to other sites as well. Sit and wait it out.
