Does anyone know - How many Google toolbars are out there?

Any information on number of downloads and figures of how many people are actually using Google toolbar.

I would also like to know the same for Yahoo Toolbar

Download.com reports 1,453,209 downloads of the Google toolbar and 60,716 for the Yahoo toolbar.

I'm sure there are many many many many more Yahoo toolbars out there - the count is low because it gets installed everytime you install Y! messenger.
Same for Google - I'm sure there are more, the 1m count is only from download.com , imagine how many would be there from the auto-installer at toolbar.google.com

Hi.

The Cnet Google Toolbar 2.0 download count has increased to 2,129,964 downloads (was 1,453,209 in former post)

and

The Cnet Yahoo Companion Toolbar has increased to ONLY 62,434 (was 60,716 in former post)

Does anyone have any other ideas about how to better monitor toolbar download and user activity?
