How do I get google to change my url website address?

I had a site on geocites and now I got my own domain. I would like it if somebody could help in a way to contact google to change the url of my site to my new url which is <snip>.

Do you have any incoming links pointing to your new URL? If you do, Google will find your site when it spiders. If you don't have any incoming links, the best thing you can do is get some! There is no way to contact Google about a URL change.
