PR switching from 0 to 3 and reversely

Confused with PR in google bar ...

I have been ranked 3 for many monthes.

Since 2 monthes now, I got the damned PR0 on the homepage meanwhile I did not use banned techniques or links to "forbidden" sites.

I don't understand this. In addition :

- sub pages are still PR2?
- during google dance I can see the homepage back to PR3 and again to PR0.

Does someone understand? My site is a quiet and personal one, dealing with mountain photos.

Forgot to mention that despite this I improved my position on keywords - It is like the PR has no influence?
