my site was in high ranking in google for the last 2 years and suddenly get a grey bar and nothing showed up in google on mid of April this year. And after one month ( one week ago), it back in google again. But today it gets grey bar again. I checked in the google directory, my site still listed in the directory but was relocate to a very very sub folder according to our company's region location instead of in the main catagory. And my site still in dmoz.
My question is, do my site get banned from google or penalized? Why I got the grey bar for one month (mid of April to mid of May) and back in google again for last week and now gets grey bar again?
Is it normal? Need help.
