Every time I go to a webpage the pagerank on the toolbar is different. One second it will be zero, then if I refresh it will suddenly become 3. It happens on more than one website.
Is my toolbar not working or is there something more?

It usually is in flux when they are recalculating PageRank values...also, it's possible they have different indexes at different locations -> which would result in a different number depending on the data center the data was fetched from.
