Does GWA give you problems too?

I've got a website with several databases. The main one pulls in info, using iframes, from other databases.

I've recently noticed that once I update one database, the main one hangs. It's waiting for information from the updated database. Nothing seems to be able to get it unblocked. Often this would stay like this for hours, until finally things start moving again.

Then today, when it happenend, I decided to turn of GWA. And surprise, it worked flawlessly. So, I'm presuming that it's the prefetch which is not working right.

So, have you folks got problems with the Google tool aswell?

Is there a away to block GWA?
