Hi!

If someone from G can see my post I would suggest to create an option, a button, so that people can recommend/send url with the G toolbar instead of opening my Yahoo! mail box each time...

It would be SO useful!

Thanks.

Well first of all, i don't think they will setup a mail server, due to a lot of reasons, bandwidth, security etc.

Since i don't see them doing the above, the next option would probably be to add a button in the drop-down menu, saying send this page to a friend, and it would open a new message from your standard email program, which doesn't really save you a lot of time.

I've seen that in the Ask Jeeves toolbar there is a "Email this page to a friend" button: that's what I would like Google to insert in its toolbar.
Hope Googleguy is around ;)

I'm around. :)

The thing is that sometimes it's as important not to add a feature as it is to add a feature. You don't want to end up with a kitchen sink of features. In this case, it's already built into Internet Explorer, I think: click File->Send->Page by E-mail. No need to repeat features. :)

Well, a Google dictionary would sure be handy to have right under Google News on the toolbar menu. Perfect spot for it. :)

ok GoogleGuy, thanks for the answer (even if you have to use Outlook and not your Yahoo, Hotmail... mail service to do that).

Thanks again :)

I love the highlight search terms in a page option, but i would really love it if it could count the instances of each term found within that page :)
