Google Voting Button & Toolbar for Netscape

What's the voting button do?

So, what's the voting button do?

Also, why don't they have a toolbar for Netscape? (aside from the fact that nobody but me uses Netscape)

I've been using the new Netscape 7.0/7.1 for a few months now and I really like it.

gecko based browsers make ~8% across the board for me, Opera ~5. No idea why Google doesn't go there. Technical difficulties?
Anyway, for me it's definately OK not to have the toolbar on my main surfing browsers.

A Google toolbar is available for Netscape/Mozilla at
[googlebar.mozdev.org...]

Very similar to the IE toolbar, except for the pagerank.
