is it okay to put on every pages for google backward link? i mean will this work?

where { is < and } is >

or do i have to put word in between {a href} {/a}
like this
{a href="http://www.domain.com"}link{/a}

Since i don't want to have a link display. I want words of link to be invisible on page, not showing display to visitors.

If you're asking what I think you're asking, than YES, you do need to have something to actually "link"

i'm sorry to confuse you.
What I want is to increase more backward links by putting <a href="www.domain.com"></a> where it does not display on the page because there is no word in between <a href="blah">(no word here)</a>.
so i was wondering will this work when the google do the crawling all the links to add into the google cache or somthing like that.

I can confirm that this does work - google does spider.

2 points though.

1/ essenialy, what you are doing is including a hidden link
2/ it wont be much use though, without any link text
