I know that if i can get the correct checksum, I can grab the xml results, and parse the data out to have a report that updates on our site, and perhaps our competitors pagerank.

This is vital information.

Is there any kind of tool to create checksums or findout the checksum of a certain site?

No, it is not vital, it is a violation of Google's TOS. It could lead to having your IP address banned from accessing google, or google could easily change their hash function and block your requests. They might even do like they did in the past and send you wrong information. And if too many people do it, they might find it to be in their best interest to stop sharing the PR information on sites.

There is only one legitimate way to check the toolbar PR of a site, and that is with the toolbar. Feel free to collect the data, but do not abuse their system.

Okay that is fair, I do not want to abuse the system.

I just want to maximize the cost efficency of my usage.

Catch the data with a proxy, and hire a high school kid to surf the sites you want the information on with the toolbar. Run the info through a filter and you have your data, without pissing off google.

Remember, you only have to do it once a month, and you really only need to do it on the portions of the sites that really matter.
