I believe that the toolbar is up to 1.1.66, but I am still running the 1.1.63 version. Has anyone been automatically upgraded as advertised?

How much of a hassle is a manual upgrade? I seem to recall posts implying that there were problems with it.

It should do the automatic update thing.

Manual system is as easy as uninstalling the old one and installing the new one.

There is my thread that shows some of the problems I have had with the "update".

Finally had to uninstall the toolbar and my browser settled down.

Google sent me a nice email about the problems I was having and the Toolbar Helper plugin they put on me was supposed to stablize the toolbar but seemed to really screw up IE 6+.

Also was told the google compute was not open to everyone so you may not have it in your options....that email was recieved today.

Mine is still at 1.1.63 and has been for quite some time. Just checked three machines, all at the same version. Have had no problems with that version and IE6.
