Need Developer for Google Adwords API Help

Hi -

I'm looking for a good developer or two to help create a tool workingwith Goodle Adwords and Yahoo Overture APIs.. Basically PPC management and reporting tools.

Looking for experienced developers with at least one example of such a tool completed.

If anyone knows soemone who can help me with this, it would be highly appreciated. Note: I am not recruiting for anyoen but myself, and this is not a postion - I just need some advice and help from a good consultant..
