I have a url that has PR10 and looking at the results and back links (from Macromedia, WC3 and Google) its obviously been hacked. What if find concerning is that toolbar also contains my credit card details and I was wondering if this is still safe?

As far as I know, this kind of bogus PageRank is created on the web server level and it does not mean that your personal computer has been compromised.
