There are some toolbars that I have tried in the past that have skins for your browser, Hotbar I think was the first to do this. Is there a way to get a skin for the Google toolbar, I thought it looks quite cool with some of the pictures they had.

Not that I know of. You can use something like Window blinds to change the whole look of windows though.
